| Selecting a Product First you will need to view our catalogue, so click the products button in the navigation at the top of the page. You will be taken to a category listing where you can choose the category you wish to look in. After choosing a category you are presented with a list of products. You can view the details of a product either by clicking the name or the product image. When in the detail page, you can choose a quantity by typing the amount you require into the quantity box, and add the product to your basket by clicking the add to basket button. Your Basket Click the basket button in the navigation at the top of the page to view the contents of your basket. If you wish to update the quantity of any item in your basket, simply change the number in the quantity box and click the update basket button at the bottom of the page. If you have finished shopping you can click the checkout button to proceed. Checkout You will need to fill in your billing address details, you are also given the option of using a separate delivery address, if you require the items to be shipped directly to your billing address then click stating: If not click here to use the Billing Address. Next you can select from the shipping methods available, when you choose from the shipping drop down box you must click the change button afterwards to update the shipping cost. Confirmation If the details of your order are correct, please click the I agree to the terms and conditions check box and click the Place Order button at the bottom of the page. Secure Payment Area You will now be taken to a secure server where you will need to enter your credit card details to complete the purchase. If you are paying with a switch card that does not have a 'valid from' date and the paypal form requires the from date entered, please enter a date prior to the date of the purchase and fill out the rest of the form as normal. |
