Randall’s Office Furniture is a family business offering traditional customer care, combined with the newest designs and ideas.

Though based in Bristol, our clients are from as far away as Aberdeen in Scotland and Redruth in Cornwall. They even hail from across the water, in Belfast.

Established in 1991, our clients have come back to us time and again because we are reliable and offer value for money.

Environmental policy

Every time you spend over £1,100 with Randall’s Office Furniture, we will donate £30 in your name to the International Tree Foundation. This will be used to plant six trees, native to Britain, in local woodland which has public access. You will also receive a certificate, which may be counted as a credit against carbon emissions.

The International Tree Foundation was created over 80 years ago to plant trees in the UK and overseas, following in the footsteps of the founder Richard St Barbe Barker.

Guarantee
 
All of our products come with a 5 year guarantee. We are confident in the quality and functionality of all of our products, but if you change your mind you can be safe in the knowledge that our returns policy allows you to return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is in a re-saleable condition. We'll even come and pick it up.
 
Delivery
 
We are pleased to offer next day delivery (if ordered before 1pm) on all of our chairs at an extra cost of £18 per order. Please advise us if you require this service at the time of order. Next day delivery is dependant on stock, you will be advised on any issues relating to this at the time of order.
 
Delivery is free for all orders over £100. Orders below £100 will incur a £10 delivery charge. We will endeaver to deliver within 2 days of receipt of an order being placed, however if we are unable to deliver within this period we will contact and advise you on a new delivery time to suit you.
